Reads

reads/sample

Specifies how many reads have been generated for a sample. As a general rule, a minimum read count of 0.01% of total leads per sample must be achieved to be meaningful. All reads smaller than this value are removed from the analysis by default.

reads/OTU

Indicates how many reads for a detected OTU have been detected throughout the analysis.
